All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept M-PESA, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on the website.
All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
In case of a failed transaction or overpayment, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 1–5 working days.
Shipping fees will be indicated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Certain products (e.g. personal care items, custom orders) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
