Returns
You may return an item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all tags intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, opened hygiene products)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If the desired item is not available, you may choose a different product of equal value or request a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g. M-PESA, bank transfer).
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost returns.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  1. Contact us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. We will assess the case and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
